Yes, Ultimate Service Plan members receive 24-hour emergency response (excluding Sundays) for urgent pool issues like leaks or equipment failure.

Can I cancel my service plan?

Kyle and his team are honest, hardworking, very knowledgeable in all aspects of pool service and repair. Last year when we had the freeze we suffered some pool damage. Kyle and his team went above and beyond when pool

We have been extremely happy with the pool services provided by the Liquidus team. The entire team is very responsive and we love that they provide a photo of our pool as well as a summary of what was done and chemical levels during our weekly pool cleaning service. Highly recommend!

Liquidus is an outstanding company. Weve been with two other pool cleaning companies in the past, and no one has exceeded our expectations they way Liquidus has. They are on time each week, take their time cleaning and inspecting our pool. Theyve responded very promptly to any pool equipment concern and are out immediately to repair it. Highly recommend them!

Liquidus pools responded to a problem I had within an hour. They scheduled an appointment for the next day to see what they could do. I was so impressed with their professionalism that I hired them for weekly pool service and have had nothing but fabulous service from them ever since! Every pool cleaner is detail oriented and their office staff are delightful!

Our overall experience with Liquidus has been positive. We just had a filter cleaning by Kyle which was very thorough (he was here for close to an hour and a half). Liquidus reminds us when the filter needs to be cleaned and when theyre coming, which sounds basic but has not been something other pool services have offered. Liquidus, like other companies, experiences turnover - we had one person we really liked who did the weekly maintenance who then left and his replacement isnt as thorough and detail-oriented.
