Awesome, straightforward, and honest service. I called because my pool heater wasnt working. Initially David helped me troubleshoot over the phone, and via text as I sent him pictures of my problem and he had no problem walking me through it. When it got too complicated for me, he came out, quickly found the problem, identified the part that needed replacement, and now the heater works great. He saved me from having to buy a whole new heater which wouldve been a lot more expensive.

So I just spoke with Ashley. The one who answers the phones up there and she was awesome! I havent even met David yet but she was so helpful and willing to be patient and I can tell she strives to make ppl happy in her job! I hope the rest of the experience is just as good. I called several companies before calling her and they were kinda rude and I felt more like an inconvenience! Thanks Ashley!

David is extremely knowledgeable and will be taking over the service of our pool moving forward. Previous pool company had no clue what they were doing. David ascertained all misfunctioning components and repaired during visit. He is a gem and helped me understand how our pool equipment works if I ever want to fix on my own. Thanks so much David.

David and the folks at North Texas Pool Service are the best around! I am a home inspector, and smart enough not to inspect swimming pools. When my clients are buying a home that has a pool, I advise them to have David perform the pool inspection. He is FAST, Friendly, and knows what he is talking about. My clients are ALWAYS impressed!
