I shopped around for a water damage restoration company extensively and probably had 3 different companies come out. Robin and her team were by far the most transparent, and the only company that wasnt trying to take advantage of the fact that I was dealing with an insurance claim. I strongly recommend Austin Fire and Flood to all of my friends and family whenever the need arises.

I highly recommend Austin Fire and Flood and their team of people for water damage mitigation. When I called Robin for help, we were in a difficult situation with water damage from a burst pipe during the sub-freezing weather conditions of February, 2021. She immediately impressed me with her attitude, understanding of the situation and willingness to provide as much help as she could. Under the pressure of numerous calls for service, she was able to get a team assembled and quickly out to our property.
