Colony Home did our mitigation and repairs after experiencing water damage due to an HVAC issue a couple of months ago. Throughout the mitigation and repair process the were very professional, responsive, efficient and respectful of our property, always making sure they left the place clean after their days of work. Once the repairs were done, we got the pleasant surprise of having our home cleaned up by a house cleaning company and our carpets steam cleaned as well! Marisol and Maleah who directly coordinated the different stages of the repairs with me were wonderful--polite, responsive and communicative

Wow! What a great experience in a time of need. Colony Home came to our house SAME DAY and provided their assessment and recommendations. We had water damage from a leak in our upstairs bathroom and they were able to quickly provide a plan and recommendations for what to do. Mark assessed the plumbing and even provided advice on some other appliances that were giving us trouble while he was here. Rian tested all the walls for moisture and possible mold which gives us invaluable peace of mind. He went above and beyond testing for moisture everywhere and explained everything he was doing. We

I would not recommend Colony Home for any work on your home. We used the company for a mitigation job at our home. Throughout the project we were given deadlines and promises that were not met. We were promised that after the mitigation was complete, Colony Home would repair our home in 2-3 weeks. Instead, they took 2-3 weeks to give us an estimate and then let us know that they could not start the work for at least 2-3 months. We felt like we were being constantly lied to in order to get our business. We found the project manager John to be abrasive and not very pleasant to deal with. Overall

Mark visited my home to unclog my sink drain. He found that my painting contractor had been cleaning off his paint brushes in the sink which cause this buildup to occur, he eventually pulled out the gunk and got me back up & running. Very sweet guy, took his time to do it right and helped so much.

I used a home warranty company to cover my rental. They contracted Colony Home Services for the repair. They arrived on time for the diagnosis. They presented me price estimate for warranty denied item and were able to complete the job very quickly. Very professional and skilled and what you they. I am happy with the quality of the work.
