Had a garbage can fire inside the garage. No fire damage but the walls, floor, and ceiling were covered in soot. They came and cleaned up all the soot and they did such a great job I didnt think I needed the walls painted anymore. I still had them painted though and that took care of the smell. I also had them power wash the concrete floor. My garagd looked like new after everything! I am very particular with the type of paint and chemicals I bring in the house so they also worked with me as far as choosing my own low VOC paint. For the price I paid for everything I definitely got great value
