My 3 year old hot water heater needed to be replaced. I spoke to Frank, he explained everything thoroughly & scheduled me for the next morning. They arrived on time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable. They even noticed another problem I wasn't aware of & corrected that. I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.

This was my first time using Bobs Plumbing and Im very glad I did. Josh and Marty did a fantastic job installing 3 toilets, repairing some incorrectly installed pipes (installed by different company) under my sink and replacing the supply line to my dishwasher. They were efficient, courteous and friendly. You can tell they take pride in their work by the quality of the work they performed. Thanks Bobs Plumbing!

These guys have been doing our work for years. Very reliable. Nice people. They just installed 3 replacement 40 gallon water heaters in our attic. Tremendous job. It took a team of 5 guys to pull it off, lots of lifting up multiple flights of stairs. Installation work was perfect. We will never use other plumbers.

Bob's Plumbing came out and moved our downstairs Water Heater. That was fine, but after they left, we found that the upstairs was no longer getting hot water. They came back out, decided that the Water Heater was just too old, wouldn't work and we would have to buy a new one. We got a different plumber out, who figured out in minutes that the problem was that there was not water going into that Water Heater, so it wasn't the device at all. After multiple calls and multiple lies and broken promises, I don't trust them to do anything.

All I can say is that it is a blessing that we discovered Bob's Plumbing in Harahan!!! We were prepping a small rental house for closing of sale. A somewhat complex situation arose with correcting the problems on the inspection list and post act of sale. In the course of correcting these problems, we had the occasion to deal with Frank, the Office Manager, and three plumbers: Josh, Marty, and Mike. Don't know what we would have done without them. Frank was super-patient and cooperative. The plumbers were all very knowledgeable, professional, and super easy to work with. Our only regret is that

I have used Bob's for years and they have always been great. But yesterday they went above and beyond! I had a gas leak and Frank fit in my repair in spite of having a full schedule for the day! Jason and Marti were friendly and repaired the pipe in no time! Excellent service and has been for years!!
