Sewer Cleaning

Professional sewer line maintenance addressing obstructions from debris, grease buildup, or root intrusion. Our technicians use hydro jetting and mechanical augers to restore proper flow while identifying potential pipe damage. Regular cleaning prevents costly backups and extends system lifespan for residential and commercial properties.

Video Inspections

Advanced camera technology locates exact plumbing issues without destructive digging. This non-invasive method identifies cracks, blockages, and corrosion in drain lines, enabling precise repair estimates. Ideal for troubleshooting persistent leaks or recurring clogs in both residential and commercial settings.

Backflow Prevention

Installation and testing of backflow prevention devices protect potable water supplies from contamination. Our certified technicians ensure compliance with local regulations through annual testing and emergency repairs, maintaining safe water pressure and preventing reverse flow in residential and commercial systems.

Services include leak detection, pipe repairs, and temporary solutions until permanent fixes can be implemented.

Dr Pipe has an inspection contract with my condo building and has had a contract for quite some time. But I will be working on not getting that contract renewed. Approximately two months ago Dr Pipe came to our condo building to assess possible plumbing issues throughout the building. I was told that I had a few valves that needed to be changed and to call to make an appointment. I called a week later to be told the dispatcher would call to set an appointment, that never happened. I called again about ten days later to be told, "The dispatcher will be contacting you today to set an appointment
