Critical:Value
Charged for 1.5 hours of labor on 15 minutes of actual work. My bill started as they left the last job and travelled to me. The one piece we needed replaced was conveniently not on the truck and required a trip out to get it. Paid a lot for a small job.

I was out of town my wife dicovered a water leak which appeared to be the refridgerator water line. She called DBR advise them .They sent someone out looked at the problem then had to go to Lowes for parts . They totally over charged us for parts and labor plus after their repair the refridgerator only had a very small amount of water going to it as my wife advised the repair person. Upon returning home I looked at repair and seen it wasnt done right .I called and was told I would be refunded $130 half the total cost . It never happened after numurous calls and a month later they sent me $50 what
