They did a couple of jobs at my house for me. 1st job, didn't even know where the issue was. They found it and fixed it. They kept me informed in every step of the process. The second job had hiccups (not because of them but because of my old house), again, they were professional with their communication and did an amazing job. I will never call again else but them.

The response from Cross Brothers was unbelievable they responded within hours and by the next morning they had the hot water tank replaced. They were very professional and the young man that came were very nice to a 92 year old man.
