Roman and Jay are the nicest and most professional plumbers in the biz! They recently installed a new disposal in our kitchen and then did a major job of getting city water turned on for the backyard so we can switch back and forth between city and well water. They were always on time, friendly, professional, respectful and wore booties in the house. They were super fast and made sure they didn't have to turn the water off for long. I couldn't have been happier. Highly recommended, 10 stars!!!

I contacted Roman's Plumbing along with 3 other plumbing contractors that advertised serving Sonoma County for a hot water recirculating system installation in my Oakmont 2 bathroom home. I arranged an assessment appointment with Roman's needing an experienced evaluation and estimate for the best way to proceed. Jay showed up on schedule and on time, walked me through my options with good explanations, including a tankless system. I opted for his recommended system, signed the work order and then had another positive experience dealing with Monica in their office. Jay showed up today

I do not have enough superlatives to describe the level of service that we received from Jason. He was prompt, thoughtful, meticulous and fully dedicated to figuring out what was wrong with our downstairs toilet that was leaking water under the base. He crawled under the house just to double check that what he believed was the problem was actually correct. He made a follow-up phone call because he thought of one other thing after he left the house. What service person does that?!Three years ago, he replaced our broken hot water heater and provided the same level of service so this is not a fluke

Excellent professional, competent, efficient, and friendly service. Roman and his able crew arrived before the scheduled time and completed their work early. The worksite was left immaculately clean. The installation (tankless water heater) was neat and professional. Our experience using Roman's plumbing was the best to date. His pricing is fair and honest.
