Can't recommend this place highly enough. I found mold in my kitchen on a Friday night and sent a few emails to different companies not expecting to hear anything back until Monday morning (knowing I'd stress the whole time). Not only did I hear back from Bess that night, she and John were out the next day to assess the damage. The level of customer service stayed consistently excellent for the duration of my time working with them. Both Bess and John went above and beyond. Our home flooded the day after closing and Seaside Restoration showed up immediately! They explained everything and made wonderful recommendations. Their crews came out daily to check the dryout and were always friendly! I hope we will not need these type of services in the future but they will always be my go to!

Highly recommended! I used Seaside for mold removal and remediation. Bess and her crew were incredible from first contact. She helped set up quick testing and had her guys in to start work as soon as the results came in. She helped with my insurance and got my payment increased nearly 5 times as much as their original quote! Speedy service, high quality people, and meticulous craftsmanship is what you can expect from this company. 5 stars is not enough!!!

I would 1000% recommend this company if you are experiencing/questioning mold. The woman answering the phone was extremely nice and helpful, and the two men who inspected my home followed suit. They were professional and thorough, and even spent extra time explaining to me what they were doing and why they were doing it. I will absolutely be using them again if I need them and will be spreading the word of their knowledge and customer service!

My upstairs neighbor's AC unit leaked down into my walls, and I had water damage. I called them on a Saturday (a time where practically ALL other businesses are delayed to respond or closed) and they answered right away.
