Services
Drain Cleaning
Professional drain cleaning eliminates contaminants from pipes to prevent blockages and maintain efficient water flow. Our technicians use advanced equipment, including video inspections and high-pressure tools, to address clogs caused by grease, hair, or debris. Ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor drains, this service prevents costly water damage and ensures long-term plumbing health.
Water Heater Repair
We diagnose and fix water heater issues like leaks, unusual noises, or temperature inconsistencies. Our licensed plumbers assess heating elements, thermostats, and thermal switches to restore functionality. Regular maintenance extends unit lifespan and prevents sudden failures, ensuring reliable hot water supply for residential and commercial properties.
Trenchless Sewer Line Repair
Trenchless technology replaces damaged sewer pipes without extensive digging, preserving landscapes and reducing labor costs. Using pipe bursting or lining methods, we address cracks, root intrusions, or corrosion. This minimally invasive solution offers faster completion times and durable results compared to traditional excavation methods.
Main Water Line Repair
We repair or replace underground main water lines damaged by debris, tree roots, or corrosion. Prompt intervention prevents leaks, bursts, and water waste. Our team uses precision diagnostics to identify issues and restore clean water delivery to homes and businesses, minimizing property disruption during repairs.
Toilet Repair
Our experts fix common toilet problems like running water, leaks, or flushing issues caused by faulty components. We replace worn seals, adjust mechanisms, or install new toilets when necessary. This service improves efficiency, reduces water bills, and ensures hygienic bathroom functionality for residential clients.

Positive:Professionalism
Called in the morning to see availability and received an estimate of time arrival from 10-12. The plumber arrived at a little late but managed to take care of everything within minutes and was back out the door as soon as everything checked out fine, and cleaned up after himself too !

I have an old type shower with two control valve . The shower started to leak. I tried to replace the washer three times, it still does not work. I called Chandler Plumbing on Sunday . Chandler sent a plumber to my house on Monday and replaced the shower with a single valve control. The new shower works perfect. I am impressed with

We called Chandlers Plumbing first thing this morning to replace a broken toilet. The new toluene was here but we knew we were not able to do the work ourselves. Contacted Chandlers Plumbing they sent two fantastic guys out here (Javar & Paul, apologies if the name is misspelled). Both were super polite, showed up on time, did a fantastic job and were very respectful of the space they were in. Will definitely be a returning customer when the need arises! Work you can trust and at great prices too! THANK YOU!!

I was in search for a plumber. It happened to be my birthday and my water heater at my house was leaking and it needed to be replaced ASAP. What a day huh? Not the best birthday, but I called around and landed at Chandler's Plumbing because he quoted me on the spot, no games with pricing saying he needed to do a diagnostic fee to come out like other companies, and said he could get it done in the same day. Rey came out to fix it and did a good job cleaning up. Fast forward to 4 months later and my dad's house had no hot water. I recommended him to Chandler's Plumbing and they came
