Air and Plumbing system changed our old gas-heated hot water to an all-electric heat-pump one. They did all the work including installing new electrical supply line in two days, and supplied the new Hot Water Heat Pump (HWHP). We now have a 50 gallons all-electric HWHP that can provide four hot showers one after the other without any problem. The subsequent inspection by the City of Palo Alto took less than 10 minutes. The inspector commented that when the job is done right, the inspection is easy and fast. Thanks for the great job!

Very responsive initially. Technician correctly diagnosed the issue with the AC. Filter had not been changed, was dirty and frozen in place. However, he refused to take it out and replace it with the new one offered. Specially since he had the ladder already setup. Had to borrow a ladder and swap it ourselves. Would not hire again.

Very good service and very communication directly from the owner Mark. With COVID, parts can have long leads. Mark went above and beyond to find a new unit that meets are needs. Good service and their service is a very good value compared to their competitors.
