Al is knowledgeable and a consummate professional through and through. He walked me through the options available to get a water softener and a filtration system installed at my new home. Alvarro and Francisco were amazing. I had a major emergency where my hot water heater stopped working and had been for the past 5 days. With a 1 year old, this was a nightmare scenario. I eventually found al and he was able to come over and get a new hot water tank installed on the day after i called. Francisco did a great job installing the system. Lifesavers! Thank you!

This is the second time Im using them for plumbing needs first time was for installing water sink in garage next to my washer dryer unit
This time I had 3 issues and as first time home owner I was scared to do plumbing myself
Firstly the given window was 1-3 but the technician arrived at 4.30. That is kind of norm in Bay Area
The first issue was hot water didnt come in kitchen which was controlled by a knob hidden which I didnt know simple job
Secondly the ground floor toilet had flush leak which turned to be loosened connectors he tightened it
The third issue was flush in upstairs
