This was such a poor installation I had to have it re done. Th crew that showed up were rude and most didnt understand English which was hard to communicate. I couldnt get thru to the office and nobody returns my call. Very disappointed

I'd like to review them, but they never followed through. I left 4 messages for them over the course of 4 weeks before someone got back to me, they then passed me off, via email, to a Project Manager, who never got back to me.

We had our gutters and gutter guards ripped off or damaged from the crazy North Bend Snowstorm this winter. We got three quotes and JS was the least expensive and offered a unique solution to help prevent ice and snow gutter damage from our metal roof and keep debris out. The installation is very nice. My only issue is that they seem to be very busy, but we weren't in a hurry so that was ok and well worth the wait.
