First of all, when you sell your house and cancel the service, they keep charging you and are totally unresponsive via email and telephone. Secondly, I had leaks during the Texas freeze on some of the equipment in a property I was renting and I had to inform them of the leak, they didn't inform me. They checked and told me everything was fine and when I insisted it wasn't, they finally did the due diligence and actually checked and found it. When I was selling the house I paid for them to go twice a week as I live in another state entirely. The constant feedback from the viewers and the estate

Excellent company. I flinched at their initial bid the first time I used them, but hired them and they got the job done the next day and it worked. Price was fair and the work was outstanding. Used them ever since and have been especially I pressed with Ted who has taken extra time to explain equipment to me. A+

Have been with them for over a year now and service has been great. Our new pool tech, Jay, showed us how to clean the silt out of our pool fountains so they flow smoothly. Very impressed with Jay's knowledge and friendliness.

Our pool has never looked so good since we started using patriot pools- they are amazing! Our pool tech will stay for over an hour each week cleaning our pool not leaving until it sparkles! We have been through many different pool companies and I can honestly say now that we found Patriot Pools we are loyal customers for life! Their techs way over chlorinate the water. They don't adjust their chemicals. My pool kept registering at over 5 for chlorine which is not swimmable and can harm a person. They never addressed it. I asked the tech so many times to stop with so much chlorine and they never did. After skin burns and constant irritation I switched companies. I would not recommend Patriot to anyone.
