Positive:Responsiveness
Logan made owning a pool extremely easy. Whenever I had a question, Logan responded. Whenever I needed something fixed, he carved out time to make sure my pool and hot tub were always in service. Trustworthy, reliable, and nice are his attributes. Much appreciated!!!

Logan and Levi have been taking care of my pool since I moved into my house in 2019. I have reached out at all hours of the day and days of the week and Logan has always responded and helped with whatever issue has come up (usually user error-lol). They do weekly maintenance and also remodeling. I have received multiple compliments on how great my pool looks from friends and family! They are reasonable and best of all reliable! I recommend LB pool services.

After shopping around for a Pool Remodel Company, I noticed LB Pools had a 5-star rating. Several pool companies stated they were too busy due to the winter freeze. Some pool contractors gave us a quote via email or text message without coming out to inspect the pool. Logan contacted us and came for an onsite inspection the next day. Logan was fantastic, always keeping us updated on the sub-contractors if they could and or could not make it. Besides Logan being a great communicator, he is a hard worker. Logan re-plastered our pool and also added an awesome waterfall feature.

Used LB Pool Services to redo our tile and plaster. From the start Logan was very quick at getting back to us. Was able to squeeze us in for an estimate and got the quote back same day. The project started on a Tuesday morning and they were done and filling the pool by Friday. The crew were hard workers and very nice. One of them even moved our recycling can we had forgotten for us when he noticed the neighbors had theirs out. After they were done with the construction Logan came everyday for another week to prep the pool with chemicals and brushing it. We are very happy with the way it turned
