We had used this company for years and never had an issue. That all changed after the freeze happened. I know parts were scarce and companies were over worked so we were very understanding that there wouldn't be an immediate fix. It took awhile for them to come out but that was still understandable. This is where it goes from run of the mill delay to an outright series of lies and waste of time. When our normal technician came out he began his work and I told him to let me know if he needed anything. After awhile he brought me outside and I could see that there were some parts on the ground

I have worked with Jason and his team for years. Once again they went above and beyond during our recent winter storm. I was in contact with Jason several times during our 5 consecutive days of freezing temps and every time I reached out Jason he was quick to respond with answers to my questions. He even faced time with me at 8 am when I finally decided to drain my pool equipment due to my power going out. I highly recommend Jason and his team for all of your swimming pool needs. Thanks Jason for the exceptional customer service during a very stressful time.
