Used TPP for a remodel. Specifications in the Work Agreement were mostly met. They left out a couple of marker tiles, skimmer plates were replaced but there are gaps between the plate and coping, and one skimmer spillway is 5/8 inch lower than the other (3/8 inch preexisting, discussed but not in working agreement). Silicone sealant between the coping and the tile that was replaced was mostly but not completely removed but was grouted over anyway.
Otherwise, the pool looks good the crew was pleasant if just a little difficult to communicate with. The after job chemical and cleaning service was

Don’t walk RUN away from this company! Cody is the most unprofessional human I have EVER come across. My mind is completely blown this business is still a float. They did horrible work, would go WEEKS without communicating with me. The tile work had to be redone THREE times and it’s still not fixed. The list goes on and on. Do your research, wish I would have before using these clowns.

TPP came out after the ice storm and did a fantastic job repairing my pool equipment. At a time when everyone was covered up and parts were scarce, TPP was responsive and thorough. I felt like the pricing was fair…maybe even pre-storm competitive. Communication was great throughout the process. I’d recommend Cody to anyone. This all transpired at a time when I’d already been put off by some other storm opportunists so my guard was way up. Great job!

My old circulating pump wore out after the Texas February freeze, and needed replacing. As many pool owners discovered, there was a shortage of available equipment to be had in the Metroplex after the event. I ended up ordering one online (an upgraded model), and TPP came out and quickly installed the new equipment, showed me how to program the new pump, and made themselves available for any questions. Top notch and affordable service. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I would think twice about using this company. They redesigned my pool patio after the winter storms. They subcontracted out my job to a different company. This company was lazy. I tried to be so patient but they left trash behind in my yard, urinated on my house, poured rock salt from a different job site in my flower beds, ran their wheel barrels into my gate and cracked a couple boards, didn't protect my flagstone walk way from their wheel barrels and cracked several pieces along the way. They even spilt their concrete on the flagstone and left it there. They washed out their wheel barrels

I shopped around and Cody was the most professional, honest, and reliable. The price was fair, not the cheapest but reasonable and most reliable. They stand behind their work. He was responsive, helpful, honest, and professional. Any concerns or issues he addressed within a timely manner. The tile guys were amazing. Pool looks wonderful. Can't wait to enjoy my new pool this summer.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They have improperly maintained my pool since they took over. On top of this they charge EXTRA for salt chemicals and pool conditioner. This is the ONLY company that does this AND they are the most expensive to begin with.
I have called the office and talked to the technicians regularly about my concerns and they have not been properly addressed. Then when I ask to speak to the owner I am told that I can not and am forced to talk to an office manager who only repeats the same thing over and over and rudely talks over me, clearly not caring about
