Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our hot carbonating extraction method removes 89% of allergens and contaminants from carpets using 80% less water than steam cleaning. The process lifts dirt from deep fibers, leaving carpets dry in 1-2 hours without soapy residues. Ideal for homes with pets or allergies, this method extends carpet lifespan while maintaining indoor air quality.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) neutralizes urine crystals and odors at the source rather than masking smells. The process involves deep rinsing, padding replacement if needed, and applying odor-blocking agents to subfloors. Effective for both recent accidents and chronic pet odor issues in carpets and rugs.
Area Rug Cleaning
Professional cleaning for synthetic and natural fiber rugs, including delicate Oriental and Persian styles. Services include free pickup/delivery, protectant application, and deep cleaning either on-site or in our facility. Restores color vibrancy while removing embedded allergens and pet-related contaminants.
Tile Cleaning
Specialized cleaning for ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles using pH-neutral solutions. The process removes grout discoloration, applies protective sealers, and includes pre-testing for acid-sensitive surfaces. Recommended every 12-18 months to maintain tile appearance and hygiene.
Wood Floor Cleaning
Low-moisture cleaning system removes allergens and grime from wood floors without damaging finishes. Includes acrylic coating removal, deep cleaning with counter-rotating brushes, and protective polishing. Preserves wood grain integrity while improving surface appearance and longevity.

Hands-down the best carpet cleaning service we have ever used! Ben was prompt, professional, informative and did outstanding work. We have our carpets cleaned every year and have used other chem-dry companies in the past, but Ben (Healthy Life Chem Dry) was by far the best. He explained every option, went over pricing without upselling or pressuring, and above all he did a fantastic job. Money well spent for a job done right!!
