I had my laundry utility faucet repaired by Royal Plumbing. They were assigned by American Home Shield. I would say Trevon was very courteous, responsive and on time. The faucet was leaking and needed to be replaced but due to the unavailability of the part, it got postponed for a couple of days. However, the part arrived and it was replaced promptly. Lauren from Customer service was also very nice, she took note of my concern and followed up accordingly regarding the scheduling of the repair asap. Got a follow up call as well to check up on the post repair work. I will definitely consider them

The technician was outstanding. He was very professional. The staff responded to me within 12 hours of my call. They gave you a short window on when I could expect to be seen unlike other companies who will give you a timeframe of 12 hours on when they could be there. They value my time and I was very thankful. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

This company is a day time robber. They charged me $540 even my water heater was covered by American Home Shield Insurance. They called it modification even installation was covered. Four parts they installed, one of them wasnt necessary (Flue pipe) They can easily reuse the old one. They charged for gas line $135 (less than $5 at local hardware store) $135 for Flue pipe (less than $10 from local hardware store) and $270 for two soft water line connectors (not more than $60 at local hardware store). They did it because they can and I wanted my water heater fixed asap. No ethics. I already reported

These guys are the worst. They came to our house 3 times to fix a simple job and then they essentially walked off the job because they didn't feel like being plumbers that day. Meanwhile, we paid them to come out and diagnose. They never found the problem and showed absolutely no interest in finding the problem. They're the worst.

Working with Lauren(and Royal Plumbing) was an absolute joy during the nightmare of my flooded basement. She put my mind at ease by explaining what to expect and answering all my concerns. She always followed up after each visit to make sure everything went well. Very professional and attentive. Travon was also a good technician. He came and did the job swiftly and satisfactory. I will DEFINITELY request Royal Plumbing for my future needs.

Lauren and the technician Khalil were very professional and listened to my concerns and scheduled my appointment relatively quickly. The work was done promptly and the Khalil made sure to double-, triple, quadruple-check everything before leaving to make sure all was fixed. I will certainly use them again should I have problems with plumbing. They also offer a 30-day guarantee in case something goes wrong or problem recurs, giving their customers that value-added peace of mind.
