They did a great job at fixing my problem. Just be prepared to be up sold on things that you do not need done. The techs were even joking about how they could get a down payment on a boat for what they were trying to sell me. They really need to do their joking out of earshot of their customers. Not professional at all.

On 9 January we awoke to a house temp of 41. The furnace was off. Heavy smell of oil in entire house. I pushed reset button and smoke came pouring out of the furnace. Smoke detectors activated. I called emergency service at 4:30 am. Not view this....temp In Low 40s with furnace puffing black smoke and soot ...oil smell throughout split level house and your detectors going off. I was told "we will have someone call AFTER 8:AM. I told her this was an emergency.... Sorry...someone would call 3 1/2 hours later. We found another company and they came within an hour and we were under contract for
