The drain in our basement backed up this morning and I called Pullman after getting a recommendation for them. Their receptionist was friendly, quick, and very helpful - got me added to their system and scheduled with zero fuss. The technician showed up right at the beginning of the two-hour window, which was only 45 minutes after we initially called the company. Considering we couldnt use anything plumbing-wise in the house, the promptness of the service was greatly appreciated - way faster than any of the larger companies weve used before. Price was very reasonable and Stephen was masked

This is the second plumbing problem I called Pullman for. They gave me a time between 8-12. I received a phone call that the plumber was running behind schedule due to an emergency. I really appreciated the communication. Steve arrived and assessed the problem and explained my options. He corrected my plumbing problem: professionally, efficiently, and timely.
