The gentleman who met my wife, owner of our investment business, he continually spoke over her and made comments such as this is a flip, theyre just going to call us back in a year anyway. They also charged $60 to come give an estimate within 24-48 hours; were at hour 49 with no estimate.
Seems like a poor business model to earn profits on giving estimates and then not give said estimate. Lastly, its clear that this company does work for lower quality renovations hence the estimators assumption. I called this firm only because I thought the name was clever. However the
