Scheduling was a headache. They have done work for me before and i have always been pleased with the professional servce,quality (special shout out to Shaun awsome service)and fair pricing. However getting the service call done was particularly difficult this time. I already had a quote for the work (over a thousand YIKES but i wanted and needed to get the work done) but it took 5 calls to get it set up. Called the first time and was advised they would need to call me back later in the day...after no call called back the next day....and still took 4 more calls to get yhe servce scheduled. Finally

Brandon was very courteous, friendly, and was very knowledgeable. He made the visit enjoyable. Even though it cost me money! I recommend Dixie for any AC, furnace, or electrical problems.
