We have been very happy with Neighborly Pest for quite a few years. The reason for that is our technician Doug. He has been consistently amazing. He responds to us quickly if we call with a concern. He is always thorough when he comes to the house. Doug is so knowledgeable in his field and has given us confidence in his assessments and skills. I have used Neighborly Pest Management for many years and I have always been very happy with their service. They notify you in advance what day they will be coming out. The technician is always so nice and professional. He always knocks on my door to let me know he has arrived and asks me if I'm having any specific issues. On a few occasions I have needed extra help with black widows or other pests and they always come right out and take care of the problem.
