Services
Pest Control
We provide comprehensive residential and commercial pest control services targeting ants, spiders, roaches, fleas, and other common pests. Our treatments include monthly or bi-monthly chemical applications, glue board monitoring, and one-time interventions. With over 40 years of experience, we use premium products exclusively available to licensed professionals for lasting protection.
Termite Control
Our termite control solutions include Sentricon baiting systems, localized chemical treatments, and whole-house fumigation for drywood termites. Technicians use advanced tools like Termidor Dry and Premise Foam to create protective barriers while minimizing environmental impact. We offer customized plans for both subterranean and drywood termite infestations in residential and commercial properties.
Rodent Exclusion
This service combines immediate rodent removal with long-term exclusion strategies. We install bait boxes, traps, and sealing materials to eliminate existing infestations and prevent re-entry. Our one-time exclusion package includes a thorough inspection of attics, crawl spaces, and foundations to identify and seal all potential entry points using durable materials.
Termite Inspection
We conduct detailed wood-destroying organism inspections for home buyers, sellers, and refinancing needs. Our full inspections identify termites, dry rot, and wood-boring beetles while assessing risk factors like earth-to-wood contact. Using specialized tools like Tramex moisture meters and FLIR cameras, we provide comprehensive reports with photographic documentation and treatment recommendations.
Tree and Rose Care
Our annual tree and rose care service targets aphids, whiteflies, and scale insects using eco-friendly treatments. For smaller plants, we apply soil-injected insecticides combined with fertilizer, while larger trees receive Arborjet trunk injections for maximum effectiveness. This prevents honeydew buildup and protects property aesthetics while maintaining plant health through targeted pest elimination.

Always on time and ZERO rodent/bug issues. When I have brought concerns for other insects, I have always been met with the utmost care and concern. Damien is always personable, says hi to the kids and I feel as if he cares about my house as much as we do. Thanks Damien!
