Water Heater Repair

Our technicians diagnose and fix water heater issues including leaks, temperature inconsistencies, and pilot light failures. We service both traditional tank systems and modern tankless units, ensuring energy efficiency and long-term reliability. Emergency repairs prioritize restoring hot water access while identifying underlying problems to prevent future breakdowns.

Drain Cleaning

We remove blockages using advanced tools like motorized drain snakes and hydro jetting equipment. Our preventive maintenance services address grease buildup and tree root intrusion in sewer lines. Technicians identify recurring clog patterns to recommend permanent solutions like pipe relining or system upgrades for lasting drainage performance.

Furnace Installation

We install high-efficiency furnaces from trusted brands like Goodman, ensuring proper sizing and venting for optimal performance. Our process includes system diagnostics, BTU calculations, and ductwork evaluation. Post-installation checks verify proper ignition, airflow, and carbon monoxide levels to guarantee safe, efficient heating.

AC Installation

Our team installs central and ductless mini-split AC systems with precise refrigerant charging and thermostat calibration. We assess existing electrical systems and recommend SEER-rated units matching home insulation levels. Comprehensive startup procedures include pressure testing, airflow measurement, and smart thermostat programming for maximum cooling efficiency.

Sewer Line Repair

We address cracked pipes, root intrusion, and collapsed lines using trenchless technology when possible. Camera inspections pinpoint exact problem locations, minimizing excavation needs. Repair options include pipe bursting, cured-in-place lining, and traditional replacement with durable PVC materials to restore system integrity.

Had Andy out to diagnose our AC unit draining into the corner of our basement and causing flooding during humid and hot months. Instead of costly draining repairs he installed a new pump, to feed the AC drain (~20 gallons/day) into our basement sink. Fantastic! In addition we had him add/replace some shutoffs, and replace our main angle valve (leaking for a while...) and pressure regulator that had been giving us trouble. To make a long story short, everything is amazing. And there is no water anywhere in our basement-except in the washing machine :) Andy is fantastic as are the owners. Don't bother

Jeremy and his crew did an excellent job on the install of a new tankless water system. The job was completed on time and for a fair price considering we were changing over from a traditional tank system. I would highly recommend Fischer plumbing!
