Our water heater quit suddenly and the status indicator light window was blank. There was no pilot light visible. I needed the help of a professional technical person to run a diagnostic and an estimate for any repair the heater needed. The online scheduling and prompt, friendly follow-up was very appreciated. Paul was on time, very knowledgeable and spent extra time reviewing options available above and beyond solving the problem at hand. Because of their professionalism, I'll be doing several capital improvements to the house with them in 2022. Highly recommend!

They were very quick to respond to my voicemail on a weekend and since it wasn't an emergency, we scheduled an appointment for first thing Tuesday morning. Erik was in time, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and clearly explained what repairs were needed. He quickly took care of the installation and left no mess behind. I highly recommend them.
