We had water damage and needed one box of the flooring type that we had previously purchased from these guys
These guys had one box and refused to sell it to us unless we bought 4-500 sf of a different type that didn't match. Our flooring had been discontinued and nobody else could find even one box.

I highly recommend Marcos and his crew. As an interior designer, I need the highest quality flooring at an affordable rate for my clients. Floors Touch offers just that. From start to finish, Marcos provided outstanding service. Hes prompt, honest, professional and I would recommend him again and again. Not only have I worked with Marcos for our personal flooring install, but I have brought my clients to him. They are extremely satisfied with the results! Marcos and Abraham are great to work with; Job well done!

When you find a company that not only does exceptional work but is very personal and caring you return to the company for future jobs. Thats exactly how our story went. We had a pipe burst and had to replace the flooring in several rooms. We didnt hesitate on the company we would use. Abraham and Marco are the best. Their customer service is like none other. Then their working crew was exceptional as well. They kept us informed from start to finish. Their professionalism and job performance will always make us return to Floors Touch in the future. We are satisfied customers!

We tried to submit this earlier but for some reason, it did not go through. We were referred to Floors Touch, specifically Abraham, but family, who had used him previously. We are here to sing the praises of Abraham and what he has done for our family. Abraham was nothing but courteous, helpful, giving and responsive. His insight and experience helped us make decisions that we were very pleased with and made our house perfect - just as we had hoped! His team of workers and craftsmen were truly professional, courteous and very clean. They delivered beyond expectations, and we would recommend them
