We recently had our kitchen updated by Elegant Floors. We are very pleased with the end result with new countertops, sink and backsplash, painted cabinets and new lighting. The kitchen does looks beautiful. While, I would give the work 5 stars, we did have problems with scheduling and communication.

We wanted to install luxury vinyl on our staircase, upstairs hall, and one office. Elegant Floors and Sammy, the owner were easy to work with to find the right product to complement our downstairs floors. Once we decided, the order was placed. Supply chain problems delayed the delivery of materials (not unusual these days). Once the material arrived, the installation was scheduled quickly and work started right away. The team, led by Jimmy, did a professional, friendly, meticulous, and artistic job. Our staircase has a turn in it and the care taken to measure, remeasure and get the correct angles

Sammy and his crew from Elegant Floors remodeled our kitchen with new granite countertops and tile backsplash along with new flooring throughout the house. Work began and completed on time and the crews were very skilled and professional. Very happy and even impressed. Sammy took all the time needed to understand the request. Professional, detail-oriented, skilled and expedient. New flooring looks great. They took time to make sure my solution wouldn't have issues before install. Attention to details with brad nail holes, caulking baseboards and the cuts are clean. Price was competitive. Very fast to get me scheduled considering a busy market. Highly recommend!

I was hesitant to get a bid on the remodel of my kitchen with such a modest budget. Sammy assured me that my budget would fuel a wonderful transformation. The ONLY reason I give this company four stars because the job did eventually get done and I am happy with the result. Sammie helped me tackle a kitchen remodel... his company refinished the cabinets and installed new backsplash. I enjoyed working with Sammy and his communication skills were on point, but he has to hire new contractors... they were incredibly sloppy.
First of all, their first attempt at staining was an absolutely botched. I had to have Sammy tell them to redo it all because there were streak marks, blotches, and missed spots all throughout.
