If you have storefront windows that needs to be cleaned up, the best way to keep the windows well maintained and looking good is to get on a scheduled service. Your store will be more attractive to customers as well. This can be either weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, every two months or quarterly. An employee will show up and clean your windows on its scheduled service day.
Invoices are emailed which can be paid from them. On the day of your scheduled cleaning, there will be the owner and an employee, or perhaps just the owner himself on-site. If two persons are on the job, one will be on the inside and the other will be outside. We will most likely start off by removing screens and wiping out tracks from the inside.
Then all interior glass will be cleaned. Once interior is cleaned, exterior glass will be cleaned along with screens. We inspect the job in and out before we finish. All items that were moved, window shades or blinds returned back to original position. Lastly, screens put back to their original locations.

The business model is simple when it comes to Oasis Window Cleaning. Owner is always on site and does a lot of the work himself, along with my son that works along with me part time. That's it! Short and simple. Oasis Window Cleaning was founded by Steve Serbins in 1977. As a 17 year old working in a restaurant (Hillside Inn in Santa Rosa) their window cleaner was selling his small business.

Construction cleaning, Solariums, Solar panels, Greenhouses, Pressure washing, Gutter cleaning, Stain or Lacquer removal. On rare occasions we may decline certain jobs.
