Trenchless Sewer Repair

Our trenchless sewer repair service utilizes advanced methods like pipe bursting and cured-in-place lining to replace or repair damaged pipes without excavation. This technology preserves your property's landscaping while addressing leaks, cracks, or blockages efficiently. Ideal for residential and commercial properties, this minimally invasive solution reduces downtime and cleanup, offering durable results that last decades. Clients benefit from faster project completion and lower restoration costs compared to traditional methods.

Drain Cleaning

Professional drain cleaning services remove stubborn clogs, debris buildup, and grease obstructions using high-pressure hydro jetting equipment. We service kitchen, bathroom, and main sewer lines for both residential and commercial clients, preventing backups and maintaining optimal flow. Regular maintenance extends pipe lifespan while eliminating foul odors and pest attractants. Our technicians identify recurring issues to recommend long-term solutions for improved drainage performance.

Water Heater Installation

We specialize in installing energy-efficient tankless water heaters and conventional storage units for residential and business applications. Proper sizing ensures adequate hot water supply based on household or commercial demand while maximizing energy savings. Our certified technicians handle gas and electric installations with code-compliant connections, offering extended warranties on equipment and workmanship for complete peace of mind.

Emergency Plumbing

Available around the clock for urgent plumbing crises including burst pipes, severe leaks, and complete drain failures. Our rapid response team arrives equipped to handle water damage mitigation, temporary repairs, and complete system restoration. Emergency service prioritizes safety and property protection while implementing permanent fixes to prevent recurring issues, with transparent pricing provided before work begins.

Sewer Line Inspection

Using state-of-the-art camera equipment, we perform comprehensive sewer line inspections to identify cracks, root intrusion, or blockages within underground piping systems. Real-time video footage allows precise diagnosis of issues affecting residential and commercial properties. This non-invasive assessment determines whether repair or replacement is needed, helping clients make informed decisions while avoiding unnecessary excavation costs.

Curly was courteous and professional. He arrived within the two hour timeframe scheduled. He was respectful of my household and placed booties over his boots before entering my home. He clearly explained what to expect, he inspected the problem and quickly fixed my faucet. I would use Jim and Sons again.

Our experience with Jim and Sons was unique for sure. From first contact with Carol in the office to the techs Steven and Chuck there was nothing but true professionalism. And problem was solved with additional suggestive measures that we as homeowners could do to avoid future endeavors. Thanks to entire team. You are on my recommendation list..

Always great. Everyone who this company has sent out has been fabulous and the rate is extremely reasonable. They stand by their work and in the rare instance there is a problem they return immediately to remedy it. I've had them do our inspection when we bought our home, as well as install an Express water filter system, RO system, and new hot water heater. This company is my first call in the I.E.
