I denoted a problem with a slow leak from the tank to the bowl. Of several responses , Option One was the only company that could come out same day. Moreover, they offered free estimates. Upon working on the problem, Randy saw a second faulty part that may well have caused a leak from the bowl to the floor. Had I attempted a do-it-yourself on the first problem, I might well have suffered floor damage in a couple of months. I would have preferred an itemized invoice,
separating parts and labor, but, bottom line, I paid exactly what Randy quoted me.

Although we did not use them for repairs, it's nice to know that there are companies out there who are willing to come out for free and provide an estimate and diagnosis. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and responsiveness.

Angelo and Trevor were fantastic. We had a very weird situation and Angelo spent over 2 hours trying to diagnose the problem and recommend the right solution. He was able to get us on the schedule quickly and when he and Trevor got here, they took the time to confirm the situation and get to fixing it. They were very thorough and professional and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job. If we have a plumbing issue again, they'll be the first plumbers we call.
