Services
Drain Cleaning
Our professional drain cleaning services use advanced hydro jetting and mechanical methods to remove clogs, grease buildup, and mineral deposits from residential and commercial plumbing systems. We specialize in resolving recurring blockages and preventing future issues through comprehensive maintenance solutions. Our technicians employ camera inspections to identify root causes before implementing targeted treatments that restore optimal flow and extend pipe longevity.
Sewer Inspection
We utilize high-resolution sewer camera technology to diagnose underground pipe conditions without destructive excavation. This non-invasive method identifies cracks, root intrusions, and blockages in main sewer lines and lateral connections. Our inspections include detailed reporting with repair recommendations, helping homeowners and businesses make informed decisions about maintenance, rehabilitation, or replacement needs while preventing costly emergencies.
Water Heater Repair
Our certified technicians service all water heater types including tankless, electric, gas, and high-recovery models. We diagnose and repair common issues like temperature fluctuations, sediment buildup, and component failures while providing replacement guidance when necessary. Emergency repair services restore hot water access within hours, and our maintenance packages improve efficiency and extend equipment lifespan through professional descaling and safety checks.
Gas Line Services
We provide comprehensive gas line installation, repair, and safety testing for residential and commercial properties. Our services include leak detection using specialized equipment, pressure testing for code compliance, and emergency shut-off procedures. We specialize in replacing corroded lines, installing new gas connections for appliances, and implementing backflow prevention systems to ensure safe, reliable natural gas distribution throughout your property.
Slab Leak Repair
Our slab leak specialists use acoustic detection and thermal imaging to locate hidden leaks beneath concrete foundations without unnecessary demolition. We repair damaged water and sewer lines through minimally invasive access points, restoring structural integrity while preventing moisture-related damage. Our process includes pressure testing to verify repairs and recommendations for waterproofing measures to prevent future slab-related plumbing emergencies.

Woke up to my first floor covered in water. Called a couple of companies in the area and A O Dowd Plumbing was the quickest to respond. Jose came out quickly, on a holiday, and unclogged my mainline. Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional. Thank you.
