We recently had the pleasure of working with the installation crew sent to us by Bills Carpet. The three men who we welcomed into our home were efficient, competent, polite and personable. It was a pleasure to watch as our new flooring gradually appeared. Never have we worked with a contractor who were as thorough and who left no footprints. The final details were sharp, attractive and matched existing trim. Thank you to the entire team.

We had the most positive experience from beginning to end of our carpet purchase and installation! We shopped around to several carpet stores before returning to Bill's. Ernie our salesman went out of his way to accommodate us. He came to our house the next day for measurements and even stayed late at work to close the deal. He never pressured us, showed us numerous selections and he was very clear with price differences and quality of carpet choices in our price range.
