Billy showed up on time and was quick and professional with our humidifier install. He took the time to explain things and make sure everything worked great. SOCO has taken care of us at multiple houses and always does a great job. Id definitely recommend them

Billy installed a home humidifier that was an advertised special. Her was fast and very courteous. The job looks very clean and he took the time to explain operation of the humidifier. Humidifier special for $500 running through the end of December, if youve ever wanted one, now is the time to call SoCo heating and cooling. Thanks SoCo and Billy!

Fantastic service! They were able to get us an appointment first thing Monday morning after our heat had gone out over the weekend. After a quick and detailed explanation from their technician, Tim, he was able to get parts ordered and come back that afternoon to get our furnace running again. Will definitely be using them again!

Joined the cozy club, worth it for the Saturday/Sunday afternoon service when our heater blew a fuse over a weekend. Highly recommend, they responded quickly even when busy.

We got a new hot water heater installed and Garrett and Chester did a fantastic job. They took the old water heater out built in the new one in just a blink. Very professional and after explaining the details, there were no questions . I was a bit surprises that the quoted price included everything - yes no additional taxes added.
