They sent out a very nice employee Bobby for a estimate on replacing and installing a new water heater . I then received 2 other estimates within $20.00 of each $1650 .00 . Unfortunately Basset's estimate was $2400 + almost 1K more . These were for the exact same units Rheem 40 gl waterheater . I decided on Colorado Comfort Heroes, they came out the same day I called 12/23/2021 and did a SUPER GREAT JOB ! Not only that the warranty for unit , parts AND LABOR was for 6 yrs , 5 more yrs on labor . I was really impressed , my estimate was $1650.00 and that was the exact amount they charged they

We had our water heater replaced by Basset last week, and they did a great job. They responded quickly and arrived when they said they would. I want to give a special thanks to Bobby, Brad, Tristan and Kevin. They were very professional, friendly and explained fully all they were doing and why a new water heater should be considered. It was installed on the same day as their inspection. They cleaned up well after themselves, and when some water drained out of the old heater as it was being removed, they quickly grabbed towels and wiped it up. We had a water heater that broke in the early morning, after calling around other places that were not able to fit in this repair anytime soon, my daughter found BASSET for me to try. I called Ashley there and she fit us in the same day. The other appointments they had ran later than expected but they still came after 4 oclock to start the repairs and didnt leave until almost 8. So nice of them to work overtime and get us taken care of. Everyone we dealt with there was super nice, which was a plus. My water heater had flooded my place and they were so kind to fit me in the same day! The guys came out and worked for two hours replacing it. They explained everything as they went and were very helpful. I was so appreciative they could fit me in and they even worked until almost 730pm. I would definitely recommend them!

Toilet replacement: From my call for service to the plumbing specialist notifying me he was on his way, great communication! Plumbing specialist James Heflin and helper Brad were knowledgeable, courteous, efficient. They took out the old toilet and installed the new one ensuring that it worked well and that the pipes were not clogged (I had been concerned about that). Thank you!

Eric and Christopher were professional and knowledgeable. They listen to me explain what I thought the issue was and they quickly inspected, saw the issues and were able to fix it right away. My neighbor recommended them and Im very happy we used them. I will be using them from here on out and definitely will be requesting Eric and/or Christopher.
