Our AC went out over the 4th of July weekend. I called as soon as Rocky Mountain opened for business and a technician was scheduled for the next day. Steve immediately identified the problem and ordered the part which he replaced the following day. The cost of the part and labor was very reasonable and we are are enjoying a cool house again. Based on my experience with this company, I will definitely call them again to service my HVAC system Thank you Rocky Mountain Climate.

I was in the market for a new furnace, possibly a new A/C unit also. I was referred to Rocky Mountain Climate from a neighbor. Jason was very friendly and professional at the initial appointment. I told him up front that he was my 3rd appointment and I just needed to know what was the differences between TRANE and the other manufactures. He was very diligent and took his time to explain it to me.
After looking at the numbers, financing options and locality of the shop, I decided to go with Rocky Mountain Climate. I called the offiec several time and worked with Ashley and Frankie. They were great

We were very pleased with every aspect of RMCs services. Their work was first-rate. All of their representatives were courteous, thorough, listened attentively to our needs, and fully met our expectations. One of their services was to install a new steam humidifier. As we write this review about a week and a half after installation the humidifier is working as designed and advertised. We are most HAPPY customers!

Steve is a great service technician, he diagnosed and fixed the problem in one trip with no additional parts required. We only paid the trip charge. Frankie took the call in the office and was able to put us on the schedule ASAP.
