I called mid-morning and Jim scheduled a service for 2 pm the same day! He arrived right on time, quickly found and corrected the problem, and had our furnace running in minutes. He also mounted a new thermostat. The rate was very reasonable for a same day response. Thanks, Jim, for the outstanding service! You have become our go to HVAC company!

Devin was professional and informative. The person booking over the phone was also nice. Showed up on time. Very good service
I wanted to update my review. I contacted click for furnace maintenance on the house we purchased in July. I know the furnace was an older unit but it was working and I just wanted it looked at and maintained. After the furnace maintenance service, my furnace went out the week after. The tech did write on the service report that the flame sensor was broken, but my unit was working prior to it. I had blue home warranty so I had to go through them to fix the flame sensor

A great experience!
