I was visiting from out-of-town and needed a part for my hearing aid. Robin was able to fit me in for an appointment the same day I called. She didn't have the part, but was able to adapt my hearing aid so I could use it. She ordered the parts and called me within a few days to let me know they had arrived. Outstanding customer service!

I had been using 6-year-old generic hearing aids and my hearing was getting worse. I knew it was time for better hearing. I'm glad I made the decision to go to Robin at Vital Hearing. She is certainly extremely professional, but she also seems to truly care about ensuring my happiness with my new hearing aids. She is extremely patient in answering my questions and explaining details to satisfy my technical curiosity. She has made several tweaks to my Oticon More-3s until I'm very happy. After my husband passed away inJanuary, I called the hearing aid place where we purchased his hearing aids to see if they would fit his hearing aids to me. We paid $7,000 for his hearing aids. They told me it was not possible as his aids were fitted to him. The warranty had expired, although his aids were only three years old. They told me to just donate the aids to charity.
A friend told me about Vital Hearing. I took the hearing aids to Robin. She was able to fit the aids to me at our initial visit. It was determined that I did need to have molds made of my ears, but she was able to fit my husbands

Robin is the best, I purchased a hearing device from her five years ago. In all the five years I couldn't be more pleased with her care and service of my device. My service contract expired and she still offered to give any help I needed. I have a Cochlear Implant on my left side and it was her suggestion to shop around to see what was more compatible with my implant. I did some consultations with other suppliers but they were not very helpful and didn't really seem to care about me. Robin has been an amazing hearing professional! She has been helpful and knowledgeable beyond words both initially when I was trying to figure out a device and I received the device. This was my first hearing aid. She helped me chose the correct device and after I received the device, set it up so it was an amazing help.
"After the sale", well my dog ate the speaker end twice....rookie mistake on my part, but Robin was able to repair my device in office. She was again an amazing help. Her kindness has been very refreshing.
Call her.....you won't regret it!

If I could give Vital Hearing/Robin 10 stars, I would. She runs a top notch business and I appreciate her help and attention. Robin is very patient and gives a lot of good suggestions. She has me hearing things differently than I have in years! I was not new to hearing aids but the comprehensive testing Robin provided proved to me that an update/upgrade was necessary. Robin has been amazing in helping both me and my 12 year old daughter move into new hearing aids this year. We both have found Robin to be extremely knowledgeable, patient, caring and helpful as we made our decisions. She even went so far as suggesting my daughter use a demo aid so she could be tested at school - this allowed her to discontinue using an FM system for the first time in 6 years!! We could not be more thrilled with the outcome, and our overall experiences. Every interaction with Robin is very personal (she knows us!) and thorough. I've already recommended Robin to others

I see Robin Donnelly at Vital Hearing for my hearing aid needs and care. Robin has been amazing since my very first visit with her for my hearing aid consultation. She is very professional and a very sweet person to work with. Robin took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my hearing aid selection and her after care has been amazing as well. I'm located over an hour away from Vital Hearing's office but Robin's friendliness and professionalism make the trip worth it! I would recommend anybody needing help with their hearing to Robin and Vital Hearing!

I have worn hearing aids for well over 25 years and have found it extremely difficult to find a hearing aid provider that is competent and not in it to just sell me the latest thing. I have purchased hearing aids from my doctor's office, but found that once I had them it was extremely difficult to get in for adjustments as they were always busy with patients. ln other words, once the sale was made, they didn't feel it necessary to help me with adjustments, etc.
A couple years ago, I was so excited to find Robin Donnelly as she was so totally different from anyone I had worked with.

I've needed hearing aides for quite some time now. I've gone to a few places, including Costco, and have dealt with the sticker shock, grumpy old audiologists, and pushy salesmanship. The audiologists seemed to always want to sell me the most expensive hearing aids, telling me that the less expensive ones were no good for my type of hearing loss.
Not Robin. After the most extensive hearing test I've ever had (I've had about 10 in the last five years), she went over my options
