The staff at Family Hearing were professional and kind when I had my appointment last week. I knew I needed hearing aids and Georgie made the whole experience (testing, explaining and selecting) easy and efficient. No rushing and I had plenty of time to ask questions. I'll be wearing the hearing aids by next week! I highly recommend this business.

Angela & Georgi were a joy to meet and speak to. Dr Hearne (Georgi) was very attentive to my sometimes over-explanation of details, but that's what I want from initial medical consultations. Time was allowed/given to go through the process of explaining my current status, having the hearing test and explaining the results. Top shelf professional treatment!

I have been a hearing aid wearer since I was 16 years old, and I am now 51. I have had MANY audiologists throughout the years - Jennifer La Borde is, by FAR, the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable, skilled, thoughtful and kind audiologist I have ever worked with! The entire staff at Family Hearing Boulder is always accommodating, professional and so very friendly. It is a joy to visit there and any issues I may have are promptly cared for in the utmost professionalism and, believe it or not - fun! Thank you Family Hearing for being there!! Family Hearing appears to be a very well run organization. And Jennifer La Borde certainly is extremely experienced, considerate and thorough. She made great strides in dealing with a problem that two other hearing specialists failed to solve in several years of trying. I have enjoyed the service and especially the patience they have with me at
Family Hearing in Boulder. They even come to our retirement home here once a month to clean and adjust our hearing aids. They were recommended to me by the Widex agent in Atlanta even though they products from carry many other companies

I first got hearing aids from Family Hearing in Louisville 7 years ago and just used them again for new hearing aids. Everyone who works there is very good at what they do and they are pleasant to be around. They are very responsive when you have questions or need adjustments. I think that what's important when getting hearing aids is more about the people who get them set up than the brand (not that I'm expert in this). If true, this is reason enough to see these folks.

As a musician, its crucial that I am protecting my hearing, while maintaining the ability to monitor live music. I use Sensaphonics, which require a PERFECT fit, being that they are a full silicone mold. I visited multiple local practices, and paid for impressions each time, only to have them done incorrectly. Finally, I visited Family Hearing, where they knew exactly what to do to ensure a proper inner-ear impression. I'm a proud owner of the Sensaphonics 3MAX in-ear monitors. I've never used a more comfortable monitor, and through my experience, I know that could not have been guaranteed anywhere
