Our water began to leak early evening. Was able to schedule appointment for next morning. Crew came on time and determine that water heater needed to be replaced. Crew expeditiously installed new water heater. Crew followed Covid-19 protocols and were very professional and courteous. We are very pleased with service received.

I had an excellent experience with Robert Burkett from Cabrillo who came out to fix my furnace. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and provided me several options (regarding whether to repair or replace). Sometimes I'm wary of advice from repair companies because I figure they'll tend to select the option that's more profitable for them, but in this case Robert gave a straight answer. That sort of honesty with customers is what builds loyalty, and when it comes time to replace, I'll be going with Cabrillo again.

Really satisfied with Cabrillo. Robert arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and was really knowledgeable about our furnace and thermostat issues. He is also an extremely nice person. Also, really easy to deal with Cabrillo on the phone and by text. Would definitely go back to Cabrillo for anything heating or plumbing related.
