They installed the wrong motor in my heater then told me if it was working, its good. Receptionist was rude and didnt want to hear what I was saying about the wrong part and basically hung up on me. Yes I was angry but she refused to work with me and told me I had to go through insurance and pay again! No wanting to work with me or acknowledging they put in wrong part! The workers that were here kept trying to get me to buy a new unit. Putting in a smaller motor was wrong! Part info was on heater and it was obvious it was not right yet they refused to fix it. Bad

Keith was professional, helpful, punctual and the price quoted was the price paid...I highly reccommend him.. He was also helpful in showing me some potentially dangerous corrosion on my water heater pipes but wasn't pushy at all about hiring him to fix it.. I probably never would have noticed it so I am grateful- great plumber!
