We hired Empire to remove and replace three sections of a parking lot that were very distorted from tree roots.

I originally had high hopes for this company as they were responsive initially. Then the appointment was canceled due to illness which is understandable but he told me that he would contact me the next week to set up an appointment. I didn't hear back for two weeks. I called and left a message and I still have not had a response a week later so I'm looking elsewhere for the 3 parking lots I need paved.

I called Empire in a pinch... we had a damaged bollard that protected some of our underground piping. They quickly set the work up, did it professionally and quickly. They even painted the bollard next to it to match. Awesome group to work with.

I guess our parking lot job wasn't big enough for them. Took my info, had a specialist e mail me that someone would be contacting me shortly only to get an email stating that due to a backlog they wouldn't be able to do business with us.
