Hardy and Harper began 75 years ago as a small asphalt patch and repair company. Through the years we have grown to be one of the premier asphalt paving contractors in Southern California. We offer a multitude of services such as asphalt R&R (removal and replacement), new grades and paves, skin patching, overlays, and implementation of preventative asphalt paving programs.

Hardy & Harper is a proud sponsor of the Rwandan Orphan Care Fund whose goal is to help empty orphanages through family sponsorship and helping a child reunite with - or regain - a family. Sponsorship helps a family provide school fees, food, clothes and health insurance.
