Services

Water Jetting

This high-pressure cleaning method uses specialized equipment to remove blockages, grease buildup, and tree roots from drain lines. The system delivers powerful water streams through precision nozzles to restore optimal flow. Commercial and residential properties benefit from chemical-free cleaning that maintains pipe integrity while preventing future clogs.

Septic Tank Pumping

Our comprehensive septic services include scheduled pumping and system inspections to prevent failures. Using heavy-duty equipment, we remove solids and scum buildup from tanks while checking for leaks or damage. Regular maintenance extends system lifespan and prevents costly environmental contamination issues for residential and commercial properties.

Line Thawing

We employ industrial-grade thawing equipment to safely restore frozen drainage systems without damaging pipe materials. Our technicians use controlled heat application methods to melt ice blockages in sewer lines and water pipes. This emergency service prevents pipe bursts caused by freezing temperatures, restoring functionality within hours.

Grease Trap Cleaning

Designed for restaurants and food service establishments, this service removes accumulated fats, oils, and greases from commercial drainage systems. Our vacuum trucks extract waste material while technicians inspect traps for compliance with local regulations. Regular maintenance prevents sewer backups and ensures uninterrupted business operations.

Sewer Inspection

Using high-resolution camera systems, we identify cracks, root intrusions, and blockages within underground pipes. The inspection process provides real-time video footage of drain and sewer line conditions. This non-invasive diagnostic method helps determine the most effective repair or cleaning strategy without unnecessary excavation.

Nov 30, 2017 Report

I recently had an issue with my main drain backing up into the basement. I called One Hour Rooter who came out and refused to snake the main line and instead tried to push water jetting on me for $1500. At that point I sent them away and talked to a friend who is a former master plumber. He told me they were trying to rip me off and referred me to Drain King. After speaking with Chris who was very knowledgable, Drain King sent Jimmy out the next day to look at the situation. He walked around my house to assess the situation and went above and beyond even though it turned out to be an issue

We all know that basement sewer drains only back up on Sunday's and holidays! So when ours started flooding the basement floor this Sunday morning while doing a load of laundry, I called Drain King since I had used them before with good results. They dispatched someone immediately to the house. Tony, a pleasant and thorough technician, cleared the drain of roots and debris and got us back on line in a minimal amount of time. Thank you, Tony! Total charges came to $255. A fair price for an emergency Sunday call. Recognizing that not everyone's situation is as straight forward as ours

Recently had a problem with a slow main drain, originally called a different plumbing service that couldn't fix the problem and tried to sell me on a $1,500 service(Hydro jet). Called Drain King, they quoted out 1/3 of the cost of what their competitor was charging, but they strongly felt I didn't need the service the other guys said I needed and that they could clear my line by cabling it.

In short, they cleared my drain line, notified me of some minor problems I never noticed that I fixed on my own. From dispatch to technician they were very knowledgeable. They charged a bit more than

I had a plumbing issue at the house and Drain king plumber came out 3 times trying to fix it.

1. Each time they assured me that the problem was solved and it wasn't.
2. They lied about installing new parts when parts were used and leaking.
3. They charged me for each time they came out and weren't able to fix the problem.
4. Manager (owner?) threatened to hang up the phone when all above issues were brought up to his attention.
5. Not enough? They do charge extra for all these awful services...

I've used Drain King twice over the last three years to snake roots out of my main sewer line, both times the service was very prompt, thorough, and very reasonably priced. The servicemen were friendly, helpful, even funny, despite the nature of their visit -- not pleasant work!
