Our licensed mold assessors conduct comprehensive inspections to identify visible and hidden mold growth. Using specialized equipment and laboratory analysis, we determine mold types and contamination extent. This service helps property owners understand health risks and develop effective remediation strategies for residential and commercial spaces.
Air Quality Assessments
We analyze indoor air quality by testing for pollutants like formaldehyde, carbon monoxide, and volatile organic compounds. Our assessments measure temperature, humidity, and air movement to identify health hazards. This service provides actionable recommendations to improve air quality in homes, offices, and institutional buildings.
Mold Remediation
We develop detailed remediation protocols for licensed contractors to follow. Our process addresses moisture sources, removes contaminated materials, and cleans air systems. Post-remediation verification ensures complete mold elimination while maintaining property integrity and occupant safety.

Brad at H2H performed an inspection on a home we are purchasing. Brad was extremely thorough in the inspection which took just over 4 hours to complete. His report was easily the most detailed in term of content, pictures and commentary. Brad then followed up with a call to me to discuss any and all aspects to ensure that I was as informed as possible. To top it all off, he was a pleasant and comfortable person to be around. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend their services. John

Tod, at h2h, did such a professional and thorough job when inspecting my house for purchase. He went through every detail and made sure everything was up to code. He also helped me with inspecting my roof for my insurance company. I highly recommend h2h if you are looking to get an inspection for buying or selling your home!
