I used this company and didn't get what I was promised. After I signed the contract they told me that they no longer do the ac vents or the crawlspace as was agreed upon. and I still haven't received a invoice yet. This was in February. Been in the hospital 2 times with respiratory problems so far this year .

We worked with Joe the district manager of the company and he was filled with an abundance of knowledge in terms of the mold remediation process. Because mold affected a large portion of our property and this was something I had not dealt with in the past, I had a lot of questions, of which Joe answered patiently, professionally, and thoroughly. All stages of the process were well-defined, each member of the staff was highly-responsive, and they treated me as the customer with kindness and respect. They know what theyre doing at Pure Maintenance in terms of getting rid of mold and I highly recommend

I was selling a property in Palm Coast. The closing was nearing when I required the services of a mold remediation company. As usual, I requested quotes from 3 different licensed companies. I was amazed at the differences. One national company started off at $ 11,000, then reduced price to $ 9,000. 00. When Pure Maintenance was contacted, Donnie responded to me instantly and arranged for a tech, Joe, to come to my location, make an assessment, and gave me a quote right there on the spot. The quote was 1l3rd of the national company. Additionally, they were able to schedule the treatment within two
