In 1965 there were few reputable swimming pool builders in the Atlanta Metro area. Because of this, Robert Shearer decided to rely on himself when putting a pool in his backyard, and using an original design, he built his first swimming pool (which is still in use today after fifty years). The pool turned out so well that it wasn't long before neighbors were requesting pools for themselves.

Standard Quartz - an alternative to marcite, combines enriched white Portland cement and colorful, ceramic-coated quartz aggregates. Generally, this product has a 5 year warranty. Hydrazzo - a higher quality and smoother quartz finish available in very light, white based colors. Glass aggregate can be added as an option.
